We are looking for you for the following tasks:

• Independent creation of reliable recipes with regard to composition, health claims and quality promises
• Development of new, innovative products from the initial idea to series production
• intensive maintenance and exchange with global partners (e.g. suppliers) on raw materials and their use for innovative product concepts
• Project management within product development
• Communication with sales, marketing and customers
• Cooperation with experts and authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements in different countries
• Creating product profiles, labels and specifications
• Contribute to the perfection of our patented manufacturing process
• Support in the evaluation and purchase of raw materials

You bring with you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nutritional science, ecotrophology, food science or comparable experience
• Sound experience in the development of nutritional supplements or their raw materials and active ingredients is desirable
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs, health claims, laws and regulations of the food supplement
• Enjoyment in researching and preparing scientific facts
• independent and structured work
• high social skills and good communication skills
• perfect German and good written and spoken English skills
• Enthusiasm and passion for developing new products in a creative environment
